We are currently looking for CALL CENTER SALES SUPERVIZOR WITH CZECH/SLOVAK LANGUAGE (REMOTE POSITION)!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 MANAGING A TEAM OF CALL CENTER AGENTS AND THE SALES PROCESS

  • Lead, develop and motivate the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor and drive team call time and productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions with all team members 
  • Monitors individual key indicators and proposes changes;
  • Controls the quality of presentation of the operators: soft skills, accuracy and correctness of data processing;
  • Ensuring the department rules are followed;
  • Actively offers improvements, optimizations and provides feedback on the processes and performance of tasks,
  • Initiation of changes related to improving the quality of the work of the Operators, as well as the results of the team;

ENSURE THE COMPANY GOALS ARE REACHED

  • Development of sales scripts;
  • Assists operators in the sales process;
  • Achieving targets;

TRAINING AND DEVELOPING OF THE EMPLOYEES

  • Coordination and active participation in the introduction of new employees;
  • Creates and implements strategies for successful employee development;
  • Preparation and implementation of ongoing training of team members;
  • Analyse data, performance and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practice for client; 

OTHER

  • Preparation of reports from the corporate software system;
  • Prepares and adapts the monthly work schedule of the operators, controls the execution of the schedule by the Operators;
  • Listen recordings of conversations with customers to ensure high quality service;

 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • More than 1 year experience as Supervisor in Telesales (Inbound/Outbound) or at least 2 years in CC in other positions;
  • Experience in the B2C field, natural products, honey. funds, cosmetics, nutritional supplements will be considered an advantage;
  • CRM working experience;
  • Clear focus on INCREASING SALES – proven experience is an advantage;
  • Good level of English language;
  • Result-oriented – the work is tied to targets;
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results;
  • Complex Problem Solving – identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
